We run through your opening, the request itself and likely follow-up questions. The rehearsal includes pauses for feedback and a second attempt so your wording remains natural rather than memorised.
Scenarios can include requests for different days, delayed implementation, a trial arrangement, concerns about customer coverage or pressure to disclose more personal detail than you wish to share.
This session focuses on communication and preparation. It does not predict your employer’s decision and does not replace legal advice where statutory rights or an active dispute are central.
