Cancelling before an appointment
You may cancel by emailing info@techtrackbase.digital. A full refund is available when cancellation reaches us at least 48 hours before the confirmed start time. Cancellations received between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund.
Fees are normally non-refundable for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and for no-shows, because the appointment time has been held and preparation may already have begun. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Rescheduling
One reschedule is normally available without charge when requested at least 24 hours before the session. Later requests are considered case by case, particularly for sudden illness or emergencies. A second reschedule may be treated as a cancellation and new booking.
Work already started
If you ask us to begin reviewing material before the appointment and then cancel, the reasonable value of completed work may be deducted where legally permitted and where you expressly requested early performance. Any deduction will be explained.
Techtrackbase does not purchase physical materials or take deposits for standard consultations. If an unusual booking requires an agreed external cost, its refund treatment will be stated in writing before purchase.
Service problems
If Techtrackbase cancels and no suitable replacement time is agreed, you receive a full refund. If a technical interruption substantially prevents a video session, we first offer to resume or reschedule. A proportionate partial refund may be offered where a meaningful part was delivered and rescheduling is not suitable.
Requesting a refund
Email info@techtrackbase.digital with your name, appointment date and reason for the request. Do not send banking credentials. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days after approval; banks may require additional processing time.
Statutory withdrawal rights
Consumers may have a statutory withdrawal right for distance contracts. Your booking confirmation will provide any required withdrawal information. If you expressly request that the service begin during a withdrawal period, you may owe the proportionate value already supplied, and the right may expire after full performance where legal conditions are met.
