Data we process and why
When you enquire, we process your name, email, optional timing, selected consultation and message to respond and take steps toward a contract. For confirmed work, we process appointment records, billing details and the employment-situation information you choose to provide to perform the contract and meet legal obligations.
Do not send medical records, identification documents or unrelated confidential material. If you voluntarily provide special-category data that is necessary for your request, we will seek an appropriate legal basis or delete it where it is not needed.
Basic server logs may record IP address, browser details, requested page and time for security and reliable delivery. Optional analytics, if introduced, are used only in line with the cookie choice described in our cookie notice.
Legal bases
Processing may rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal duties, consent or our legitimate interests in site security and managing enquiries. Where legitimate interests apply, we balance them against your rights.
Recipients and international transfers
Data may be handled by hosting, email, accounting and video-conferencing providers under appropriate agreements. We do not sell personal data. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use an approved transfer mechanism such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses and apply supplementary safeguards where required.
Retention
Unbooked enquiries are normally deleted within six months after the last contact. Consultation working notes are normally retained for twelve months after completion, unless you request earlier deletion and no legal reason requires retention. Invoices and tax records are kept for applicable German statutory periods. Security logs are normally retained for up to 30 days.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may withdraw consent prospectively. You also have the right to complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority; in Hesse this is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
Automated decisions and required data
We do not use solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Data marked as required is needed to answer an enquiry or arrange a consultation; without it we may be unable to proceed.
