Fees apply to one employee and one employment situation. Any applicable VAT treatment is stated on the booking confirmation before payment is requested. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
When additional work is needed
The listed sessions do not include contract analysis, legal drafting, employer contact or representation. If your preparation reveals a question that requires a lawyer, works council or union adviser, the consultation will stop at that boundary rather than adding unagreed work.
If you ask for a separate follow-up session, its scope and fee will be agreed in writing first. A complex situation is not automatically turned into a larger package.
