About Techtrackbase

Employment conversations deserve careful preparation

Learn how Techtrackbase approaches part-time transition and schedule negotiation consultations for employees in Germany.

Why this practice exists

Working-hours conversations sit between personal need, formal employment terms and the practical rhythm of a team. People often know what they need but arrive at the meeting without a clear distribution of hours, a workable start date or language for responding to concerns.

Techtrackbase was established in Frankfurt am Main to give that preparation a dedicated, confidential setting. The work is deliberately narrow: part-time transitions, weekly schedule proposals and rehearsal for the employer conversation.

How we work

We begin with the facts of the role rather than a generic script. Typical working days, fixed meetings, customer contact, handovers and decision deadlines all shape the proposal. We then separate essential needs from preferences and build language that is direct without being adversarial.

The consultation is educational and practical. Techtrackbase does not act as a law firm, represent employees in disputes or promise a particular employer decision. When the situation depends on statutory entitlement, a collective agreement, discrimination concerns or an active conflict, we say clearly when specialist legal advice is the proper next step.

The practitioner

Sessions are led by Mara Feld, an employment-conversation consultant with experience facilitating workplace return, hours-change and manager-employee planning discussions in Germany. Her focus is the point where a personal requirement must become a specific workplace proposal.

Values in the room

Precision over performance. The goal is not a dramatic pitch. It is a request that can be understood.

Privacy by default. Share only what is useful for the consultation; sensitive medical or family records are not required.

Clear professional boundaries. Practical preparation and legal representation are different services. We do not blur them.

Respect for operational reality. Your needs matter, and the proposal is stronger when it also addresses genuine coverage and handover questions.
